Queensland Facility Services

Queensland Facility Services has been in operation since 2005 and provides cleaning, hygiene, pest control, landscaping, waste and other facility services. The company has grown to include around 320 staff and services over 600 commercial and business sites.

QFS is part of My Pathway, a family-owned group of companies that delivers community and economic development services across Queensland, Northern Territory and Tasmania. Based in Cairns, My Pathway has been established for 25 years, employs more than 1,100 people and provides services to thousands of Australian job seekers and entrepreneurs.

Though new to My Pathway, QFS clients can expect the same excellent customer service that underpins our customer retention rate, delivered by the same familiar faces;  which is now backed by the capability and resources of My Pathway, including access to established and accredited quality and safety systems.

Chief Operating Officer, Dale Berderow, is responsible for QFS’ operations and is also a member of My Pathway’s Senior Leadership Team (SLT).

QFS extends as far north as Port Douglas, south to the Gold Coast/Ballina, out to Moree and as far west as Longreach and Mt Isa.  Our 600 sites are managed by an experienced leadership team including:

QFS have implemented an Integrated Management System (IMS). This system is certified to ISO 9001:2015 for Quality, ISO 4801:2001 and OHSAS 18001:2007 for Safety and ISO 14001:2015 for Environment.
