Cassandra Besirevic is the Office Manager for QFS and has extensive office operations expertise gained throughout her career in various industries such as recruitment, finance and accounting. Her ability to be flexible and adaptable has resulted in her successful transition into the cleaning industry.
Cassandra’s role involves managing various aspects of the QFS Head Office including supporting the Chief Operating Officer and Compliance Manager. She is also the system administrator for our customised contract management system used extensively in all areas of the business. Cassandra also assists the State Business Development Manager with tender submissions and other business development activities.

Karen Smith – Client Services Manager – Central Queensland
Stephen has extensive experience in managing contracts with multiple sites with over 28 years’ experience in the cleaning services industry. He is a Registered Occupational Health & Safety Officer and is also qualified for Senior First Aid.
Stephen also has a Diploma in Business – Frontline Management, and is an Accredited Internal Auditor.
Kelly Mortleman is the Compliance Manager for QFS and has worked in the cleaning industry for over 12 years. Kelly has extensive experience including Contract Management, Accounts, Payroll, Quality Management, Safety, Training, Human Resources and Business Development.
Kelly’s role involves understanding the business at all levels and to ensure all departments of the business are complying with the rules and regulations pertaining to the cleaning industry, that company policies and procedures are being followed and that behaviour in the organisation meets the company’s internal standards.
Rebecca has over 30 years’ experience in the cleaning services industry and is a hands on operator who develops staff and delivers quality services. She has accreditation in many cleaning service support functions and also has a Certificate IV in Business – Frontline Management.

Stephen Myhre – Operations Manager – North Queensland
Dale is the Chief Operating Officer for QFS and has been involved in the cleaning industry for more than 20 years, including being General Manager of a large cleaning company for 12 years and Cleaning Site Manager at Morayfield Shopping Centre for 6 years. He also has 17 years’ experience in various supervisory roles with a large cleaning company and has been responsible for cleaning contracts of class “A” high rise buildings, 5 star Hotels, Shopping Centres, Private Schools, Universities and Brisbane City Council sites.
Dale has Certificates II, III and IV in Cleaning Operations as well as a Certificate in “Environmentally Sustainable Work Practises” and a Diploma of Business Management.

Gayle Knoll – Client Services Manager – South East Queensland
Gayle is the Client Services Manager for the South East Queensland region ranging from Brisbane to Northern NSW. She has worked in the cleaning industry for over eight years and her experience includes cleaning, supervision of staff and site management within various industries with a focus on large national distribution centres and large shopping centres. Gayle has a strong passion for the cleaning industry and strives to deliver the highest standard of customer service.
Phillip Barnes – Client Services Manager – South East Queensland
Travis Elliott - State Business Development Manager
Clare is the Operations Manager for all contracts in South East Queensland. She has experience from Site Supervisor to Area Manager which includes 15 years as an Area Manager with major Property Services companies.
Clare’s experience includes all operational roles, client liaison, QA Audits, OH&S requirements and Quality Control. Her previous role was QEHS Manager (Quality, Environment & Safety) Compliance. She has a Diploma in Frontline Management, Certificate in Train the Trainer, Certificate III and IV in Cleaning Operations & Certificate in “Environmentally Sustainable Work Practices”.
Travis has over 8 years in Key Account Management, B2B & B2C Sales and National General Management roles within leading consumer electrical retailers, consumer electrical agencies, product sourcing and distribution. His recent role in commercial real estate has helped build his ability to build and maintaining relationships and is one of Travis's key attributes. His ability to understand the customer and delivery both products and services to suit their needs is exceptional. Travis prides himself on delivering on what is needed every time and on time and he is excited to be part of such a progressive and highly regarded business such as QFS.
Before his career in sales and management he worked as fully qualified Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technician, specialising in Commercial Refrigeration. This included installations of cool rooms, freezer rooms, specialised refrigeration (medical), beer reticulation (glycol) and large air conditioning & ventilation. He was in charge of a team of tradesmen involved in getting large scale projects delivered on time.
Ellen is a Client Services Manager and will be overseeing the work carried out at many of our sites. She has worked in the cleaning industry for over 4 years and has most recently come from Morayfield Shopping Centre, where she worked as the Cleaning Site Manager for a year and also a day cleaner for 3 years.
Ellen has a Certificate II in Business and a Certificate II in Business Finance. Ellen has demonstrated her commitment to our company and clients over many years now. Ellen has a passion for working with people and a great satisfaction in getting the job done.
Robert has spent 40 years working for some of the largest cleaning companies in the UK & Australia before settling in Bundaberg.
He has performed numerous roles in this time and obtained a wealth of industry knowledge and experience managing a wide variety of sites. These sites varied greatly and included commercial, retail, manufacturing, power stations, health, sporting venues and airports.
Robert has extensive experience in the operational and administrative aspects of multi-service contracts including building maintenance and security services.

Karen has spent almost 40 years in the cleaning industry managing multiple large sites in South Australia & Queensland. The key components of Karen’s roles include Customer Service, Quality Auditing, Human Resources, Training and Operations.Karen has an excellent working knowledge of a variety of sites including high rise commercial buildings, shopping centres, industrial manufacturing, banks and medical facilities.
Karen has also previously managed an auditing company undertaking independent quality auditing services for other large cleaning companies such as Spotless, Glad and Tempo as well as Energex.
Phillip is a Client Services Manager for QFS and works closely with the Operations Manager in South East Queensland. He has worked in the cleaning industry for over 14 years and has most recently come from Morayfield Shopping Centre where he worked as our Site Manager for over 3 years and Night Manager for over 10 years.
Phillip has a Certificate II & III in Asset Maintenance (Cleaning Operations) and has demonstrated his commitment to the company and clients during this time. He has shown a passion and has extensive history in the industry and has worked in a number of Shopping Centres and other locations throughout Queensland.
