Judy Gray, our Administration Manager, leads our key support services team alongside the guidance of the Chief Operating Officer and core business support staff. Judy provides essential support, systems administration, guidance and leadership to our core Operational and Administrative personnel, allowing for our business to undertake various major contracts with quality and precision.
A key component of our business, Judy is a proven asset with experience in Operational, Administrative and Business Support roles in her 10 years experience in the cleaning industry. Judy has undertaken works in the Retail, commercial, industrial and manufacturing sectors.

Adam Wheeler – Operations Manager
Karen Smith – Client Services Manager – Central Queensland
Rebecca Powell – Client Services Manager – North Queensland
Karen has spent almost 40 years in the cleaning industry managing multiple large sites in South Australia & Queensland. The key components of Karen’s roles include Customer Service, Quality Auditing, Human Resources, Training and Operations.Karen has an excellent working knowledge of a variety of sites including high rise commercial buildings, shopping centres, industrial manufacturing, banks and medical facilities.
Karen has also previously managed an auditing company undertaking independent quality auditing services for other large cleaning companies such as Spotless, Glad and Tempo as well as Energex.
Phillip is a Client Services Manager for QFS and works closely with the Operations Manager in South East Queensland. He has worked in the cleaning industry for over 14 years and has most recently come from Morayfield Shopping Centre where he worked as our Site Manager for over 3 years and Night Manager for over 10 years.
Phillip has a Certificate II & III in Asset Maintenance (Cleaning Operations) and has demonstrated his commitment to the company and clients during this time. He has shown a passion and has extensive history in the industry and has worked in a number of Shopping Centres and other locations throughout Queensland.
Angela Hanshaw – Client Services Manager – South East Queensland

Dale is the Chief Operating Officer for QFS and has been involved in the cleaning industry for more than 20 years, including being General Manager of a large cleaning company for 12 years and Cleaning Site Manager at Morayfield Shopping Centre for 6 years. He also has 17 years’ experience in various supervisory roles with a large cleaning company and has been responsible for cleaning contracts of class “A” high rise buildings, 5 star Hotels, Shopping Centres, Private Schools, Universities and Brisbane City Council sites.
Dale has Certificates II, III and IV in Cleaning Operations as well as a Certificate in “Environmentally Sustainable Work Practises” and a Diploma of Business Management.
Ellen Stanfield – Client Services Manager – South East Queensland
Ellen is a Client Services Manager and will be overseeing the work carried out at many of our sites. She has worked in the cleaning industry for over 4 years and has most recently come from Morayfield Shopping Centre, where she worked as the Cleaning Site Manager for a year and also a day cleaner for 3 years.
Ellen has a Certificate II in Business and a Certificate II in Business Finance. Ellen has demonstrated her commitment to our company and clients over many years now. Ellen has a passion for working with people and a great satisfaction in getting the job done.
Robert has spent 40 years working for some of the largest cleaning companies in the UK & Australia before settling in Bundaberg.
He has performed numerous roles in this time and obtained a wealth of industry knowledge and experience managing a wide variety of sites. These sites varied greatly and included commercial, retail, manufacturing, power stations, health, sporting venues and airports.
Robert has extensive experience in the operational and administrative aspects of multi-service contracts including building maintenance and security services.
Phillip Barnes – Client Services Manager – South East Queensland
Clare is the Operations Manager for a large retail portfolio in South East Queensland. Clare currently manages three Client Service Managers and contracts worth in excess of $15 million. She has experience from Site Supervisor to Area Manager which includes 15 years as an Area Manager with major Property Services companies.
Clare’s experience includes all operational roles, client liaison, QA Audits, OH&S requirements and Quality Control. Her previous role was QEHS Manager (Quality, Environment & Safety) Compliance. She has a Diploma in Frontline Management, Certificate in Train the Trainer, Certificate 4 and 3 in Cleaning Operations & Certificate in “Environmentally Sustainable Work Practices”.
Rebecca has over 30 years’ experience in the cleaning services industry and is a hands on operator who develops staff and delivers quality services. She has accreditation in many cleaning service support functions and also has a Certificate IV in Business – Frontline Management.
Travis Elliott – Business Development Manager
Stephen has extensive experience in managing contracts with multiple sites with over 28 years’ experience in the cleaning services industry. He is a Registered Occupational Health & Safety Officer and is also qualified for Senior First Aid.
Stephen also has a Diploma in Business – Frontline Management, and is an Accredited Internal Auditor.
Travis has over 8 years in Key Account Management, B2B & B2C Sales and National General Management roles within leading consumer electrical retailers, consumer electrical agencies, product sourcing and distribution. His recent role in commercial real estate has helped build his ability to build and maintaining relationships and is one of Travis's key attributes. His ability to understand the customer and delivery both products and services to suit their needs is exceptional. Travis prides himself on delivering on what is needed every time and on time and he is excited to be part of such a progressive and highly regarded business such as QFS.
Before his career in sales and management he worked as fully qualified Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technician, specialising in Commercial Refrigeration. This included installations of cool rooms, freezer rooms, specialised refrigeration (medical), beer reticulation (glycol) and large air conditioning & ventilation. He was in charge of a team of tradesmen involved in getting large scale projects delivered on time.
With experience in various management roles, Adam Wheeler has extensive experience in provision of Contract Management, Key Account Management, Payroll, Quality Management, Safety, Training, Human Resources and Business Development in the Cleaning & Security industries.
Adam’s role involves understanding the business at all levels and to ensure all departments of the business are complying with the rules and regulations pertaining to the Cleaning & Security industry, that company policies and procedures are being followed and that behaviour in the organisation meets the company’s internal standards.
Dale Berderow – Chief Operating Officer
With 30 years experience in the Cleaning industry, Angela Hanshaw is core to our Operations in her role as the Client Services Manager for the South East Queensland region alongside Phil Barnes and Ellen Stanfield. Angela’s portfolio of assets are located between Brisbane and Northern New South Wales.
Angela has experience working in various operational capacities during her career in the industry, ranging from provision of Cleaning services, to leading teams across various cleaning sectors. Angela’s core strength is in provision of cleaning services in Retail, Commercial, Aviation, Government and Residential applications. Angela brings strong determination, leadership and a humble resolve that has assisted her in providing service throughout her extensive career.
Angela’s key drivers are complimented by her various formal qualifications, including TAE certification (Train the Trainer), Certificate III and Certificate IV in Cleaning Operations and various courses in OHSE implementation and fulfilment of obligations in the role of an ‘employer’.
